Instructions:

1. Clean the seafood and pat them dry. If you're using prawns, leave the tail intact for presentation purposes. 2. Mix the paprika powder, fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and tamarind paste in a bowl until well combined. Set aside. 3. Heat up a pan with oil on medium-high heat. 4. Stir-fry the onion, red pepper, green pepper, ginger, and garlic until fragrant and the onions are translucent. 5. Add the seafood to the pan and stir-fry for a minute. 6. Pour in the sauce mixture and stir-fry until the seafood is cooked through and evenly coated with the sauce. 7. Garnish with Thai basil leaves and lime wedges. 8. Serve hot with steamed rice.
